If you have a phone that would cost $375 to replace, then you would want to have level 4 coverage which has a maximum protection of $400. Your premium would be $85 annually with a $20 deductible. If you have a phone with a replacement value of $850, you can sign up for Level 7. Upon claim approval, you would have a $50 deductible, then you would receive $700 towards your replacement phone.
